  This store provided the best service I've ever received from a cell phone provider. Since 3 members of my family were switching from verizon to att we expected it to be complicated. We made an appointment which started right on time. Keith was endlessly patient throughout the process, spending over three hours with us. We left with new phones that worked, a plan that cost less and a determination to also change our internet provider to att. Ashley, the assistant store manager was very helpful and friendly. Kenneth helped me a few days later when I needed a phone cover. This is a fantastic store.
